Great American RV SuperStores is looking for a detail oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our stellar team as a Lot Supervisor at our upcoming mega-store in Helfin, Alabama! This dealership is conveniently located off of Interstate 20 and will span over 30 acres to include premium brands such as Tiffin, Fleetwood, Jayco, Keystone, Heartland, Dutchmen, and many more. The facility will operate at a high level as it will also contain over 40 service bays to ensure we are able to provide a World Class Experience to our valued customers.

A Day in the Life as a Lot Supervisor with Us: With over 1000 RVs in stock at any given time to sell, the sky is the limit for a Lot Supervisor with us! As a Lot Supervisor, you will ensure aesthetic and efficient display of our sales lot as well as manage and supervise the daily operations of our detail department. You will have strong support from management for continuous training and education to ensure your long-term success! Your typical day will revolve around organizing our lot display, ensuring each unit is in pristine condition, and preparing for RV shows and event as needed. Great American RV provides you with all the equipment you may need. We also provide you with paid time off, a 401K, health insurance, dental and vision.

Qualifications to be a Lot Supervisor: 

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customer, vendors, and staff
• Highly ambitious and looking to grow within a fast-paced environment
• High level of commitment and willingness to continually learn
• Experience in supervising and managing staff
• Superior attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 Hourly
