So, who’s right for the job? 

We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and strategic Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the financial health of our Superstore. This role requires a strong understanding of finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the recreational vehicle industry. You will work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's long-term goals, including maximizing profits.

As the manager of the dealership's financial activities, you will be responsible for carefully overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring that all sale documents are accurately prepared. You will play a crucial role in monitoring cash flow and accounts while ensuring that the dealership complies with all financial regulations and standards. Additionally, you will assess and manage financial risks, collaborate with other departments to meet their financial needs, and provide expert financial guidance to the management team. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Financing:
    • Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs and present suitable loan options.
    • Explain financing products and services clearly, ensuring customers fully understand their choices.
  • Loan Processing:
    • Gather necessary documentation from customers to facilitate loan applications.
    • Process loan applications and work with banks and credit unions to secure approvals.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to acquire competitive rates and terms for customers.
    • Communicate regularly with lenders to follow up on pending applications and resolve any issues.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure all financing transactions comply with federal and state regulations and dealership policies.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports of financing deals and provide regular updates to dealership management.
  • Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and effectively close deals.
    • Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns related to financing.
  • Training and Development:
    • Train sales staff on financing options to enable them to effectively communicate these to customers.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financing regulations to ensure best practices.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the auto or RV industry (required).
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in financial management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
