General Qualifications:

  • Sales Management, Customer Service, and Team Leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of RV products and industry trends and love of the outdoors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in Sales or Dealership Operations is a Plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in the RV industry is a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in RV repair preferred.
  • Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar mechanical role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, additional career training provided.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
