Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage thoughtfully with customers to gain a deep understanding of their unique needs, preferences, and budget limitations.
  • Use targeted questions to uncover the ideal RV options that align perfectly with their lifestyle and travel ambitions.
  • Cultivate an extensive knowledge of our Airstream inventory, which includes the most luxurious and innovative features, along with varying capabilities and pricing structures.
  • Stay well-informed about new arrivals and updates from the Airstream manufacturer to provide the most current information to customers.
  • Organize and conduct immersive product demonstrations and hands-on test drives, highlighting the key features and benefits of our Airstream products. 
  • Skillfully negotiate sales prices and terms to create win-win scenarios that ensure both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Be prepared to answer any inquiries customers may have regarding financing options, warranties, and additional services, fostering a sense of trust and transparency.
  • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with customers after the sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise. 
  • Create engaging and visually appealing promotional campaigns and advertisements across various social media platforms to reach a broader audience. 
  • Represent our dealership with enthusiasm and professionalism at RV shows, exhibitions, and community events. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of RV industry experience selling Airstream is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional social media skills with the ability to engage with and attract luxury customers online is essential for this role.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays, as these are peak times for RV sales.
  • Commitment to learning and growing with the business.
  • Neat, clean, and extreme professionalism is required for this lead role.
