Summary:

We are seeking a highly-skilled, dedicated, and strategic Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the financial health of our Superstore. The Finance Manager will work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's long-term goals, including maximizing profits.

As the person overseeing the financial activities of the dealership, you will be responsible for meticulously managing all financial transactions and ensuring that all documents for each sale are accurately prepared. You will play a vital role in monitoring cash flow and accounts, while also ensuring that the dealership complies with all financial regulations and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing financial risks, collaborating with other departments to address their financial needs, and providing expert financial guidance to the management team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the auto or RV industry (preferred).
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
Proficiency in financial management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work 5 days a week including Saturdays (off every Sunday).
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Range of Pay: $200,000 + (varies depending on employee’s monthly commission performance)
