Position Overview:

We are seeking a charismatic, authentic, and camera-ready Content Creator & Social Media Influencer to represent Great American RV across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. 

This person will:

• Host RV walkthroughs, reviews, and comparisons.
• Share ownership tips and hacks.
• Highlight customer stories and travel inspiration.
• Be a trusted, entertaining personality that builds long-term loyalty. 

You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and service teams to create engaging, consistent, and highly shareable content while becoming one of the most recognizable names in the RV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-camera host for RV walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and educational content.
• Develop content ideas, scripts, and formats in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Record and publish regular video content (long-form and short-form) across platforms.
• Engage with the community by answering questions, creating Q&A content, and building trust.
• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, leads) and continuously refine content strategy.
• Represent Great American RV at shows, rallies, and industry events as our brand ambassador.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure content stays relevant and effective. 

Qualifications:

• Comfortable, natural, and engaging in front of the camera.
• Relatable, authentic, and fun. People should feel like they know you.
• You must genuinely be excited about the RV lifestyle.
• Ability to turn features into stories and keep content fresh.
• Compelling speaking and presentation skills that engage and inspire audiences.
• Expert-level knowledge of major social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and their respective algorithms.
• Works well with marketing, sales, and service teams to source content ideas.
• Comfortable filming on location at various dealerships, events, and sometimes on the road.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a content creator, influencer, or media host.
• Knowledge of RV products, features, and industry trends.
• Video editing skills (though support will be provided).
