So, who’s right for the job?

As an RV Technician, you will possess advanced diagnostic and repair skills or have a strong passion for resolving mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and maintenance issues. Your role involves expertly diagnosing problems by analyzing and testing all internal RVs to identify the nature of the issue. 

Your primary responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all internal RVs to ensure they are safe and functional for our customers when they purchase their new unit. Your expertise will enhance the RV experience for our customers, allowing them to enjoy their adventures to the fullest. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in RV repair preferred.
• Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills to be able to interact with vendors and team members
