The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts department, ensuring efficient management of inventory, procurement, and sales of parts and equipment. This role involves maintaining a well-organized inventory system, ensuring that the right parts are readily available for service and repair operations while also maximizing profitability. The person in this role will design, implement, and optimize parts department processes. Most importantly, they will attract, retain, and effectively engage department personnel forming an amazing team!
